Mr. Parry's industry experience is broad-based with the expertise to serve a variety of business enterprises. With a strong background in taxes and employee benefit plans, Mr. Parry's services are especially beneficial to professionals, particularly attorneys. His audit and accounting skills and ability to evaluate and redesign internal management controls are particularly valuable for closely-held businesses. Mr. Parry joined Benson & Neff in 1976, became a partner in 1981, and a director in 1985. After graduating from the University of Santa Clara, Mr. Parry obtained an M.B.A. in federal Taxation from California State University, Hayward in 1983. Mr. Parry regularly serves as a reviewer of policies and procedures for other AICPA member firms and is a member of the California Society of CPA's Peer Review Committee and the AICPA SEC Practice Section Peer Review Committee. In addition to his professional affiliations, he is a member of San Francisco Rotary and served on the board of directors of the San Francisco Rotary Foundation. |
